Africa has been creating jewelry for several years now. She has a long history and interest in fashion and has always been very creative. She began by crafting pieces for family, her church family, and friends. To her surprise, the business flourished.

The name of her company was inspired by the beauty of nature, and all its natural elements. The thought of God taking His time to bring so much beauty in the natural world inspired her to create unusual and natural pieces for others.

Africa loves creating jewelry! It’s very therapeutic, and I see nature as Global Beauty. The jewels and stones she uses in her creations are the treasures. All of Africa’s pieces are uniquely made and handcrafted with love.

A reception for Africa will be held in the church parlors after services on November 3. Come and meet and greet the artist and view her stunning creations. The exhibit will hang through the end of December. The church is located at 1005 Giddings Avenue between Hall and MLK Streets.
