Blessing of the Animals

Bring your beloved pets and join us for a heartwarming service at East Congregational Church in Grand Rapids, MI! This event will be held outdoors in our Courtyard (weather permitting) or in the Fellowship Hall if it rains. Al Heystek, on of our dedicated church members and ordained clergy, will be leading this special service as we gather to celebrate and bless our furry, feathered, and scaly friends. Whether you have a pet or just love animals, all are welcome to join us for this cherished annual tradition. Let’s come together to honor and celebrate the joy our pets bring into our lives! We can't wait to see you and your pets there!

Food Pantry

Our pantry is open on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 10:00AM – Noon and 1:00PM – 3:00PM. Use the entry by the handicap parking and go down the steps. Volunteers will be on hand to help you. If you would like to donate or volunteer, please contact the church.
